Serviced Apartment Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
• A booking is considered confirmed once the reservation has been processed and payment is received to secure the stay
• Bookings can be made online, via email, or phone.
2. Payment Policy
• Payments can be made via secure payment link or bank transfer
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 1 day or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival will result in a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in is available from 3pm. Early check-in may be requested but is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
5. Guest Information
• All guests must provide address and phone number at the time of booking.
6. House Rules and Conduct
• The guest is responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition during the stay.
• The guest agrees not to engage in any behavior that disrupts the peaceful enjoyment of other guests or neighbours
• Smoking is within the apartment.
• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

8. Security Deposit
• A security deposit is required at check-in paid for by payment link preauthorizing any card. This will be released following check-out, provided no damage or additional cleaning is required.
9. Maintenance and Repairs
• The serviced apartment will be provided in good working condition, but the property may need occasional maintenance during the stay. In such cases, the management will attempt to minimise any inconvenience.
10. Liability
• The property is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the guest or their belongings during the stay, except in cases of negligence or breach of these terms.
• The guest agrees to indemnify the property management against any loss or damage caused by their actions.
11. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
